From the Windows Start Menu, select File Explorer.If you are a 32-bit operating system, Minimize the Devices and Printers window for now.Right-click the icon and select Remove Device. Right-click the icon and select Remove device. From the Devices and Printers window, locate Sage 100 Contractor PDF Export.Note: If you are running Windows 10 this is called Printers and Scanners instead. From the start menu, type Control Panel and click on Devices and Printers.From the list of services, locate Print Spooler.In some versions of Windows it may be named Services (Local). The icon for Services should be two gears. From the Windows Start Menu (if Windows 10) even if there does not appear to be any place to type, type Services (if there is a search box, type there).Test printing any record or report to PDF to confirm that the repair resolved the issue. Confirm that the "Nul" port is checked within both driver's settings. Next, uninstall and reinstall the Sage 100 Contractor PDF and RTF Export drivers. Summary: Stop and then start the print spooler.
